About Us

Monica Bell, originally from Lima, Peru, relocated to the United States in 1991 and spent 15 years in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, before settling in the Tulsa area in 2006. With over 20 years of experience in Real Estate Sales and Property Management, Monica is a seasoned professional with a profound understanding of managing relationships between property owners and tenants. She has contributed to the Greater Tulsa Board of Realtors, including a two-year term as a board member, and served as an MLS Technologies board member and a member of the Oklahoma Property Management Certification Training Task Force. Monica is also actively involved in the OAR Grievance Committee.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Monica excels in supporting the local Hispanic market and works closely with international property owners, ensuring they receive the highest level of care.

Outside of her professional life, Monica cherishes time with her husband, Darin, and their three daughters. She stays connected to her cultural roots through her active participation in a Native Peruvian dance competition. Monica thrives on a busy schedule, relishing in problem-solving and believing in the power of productivity and staying engaged.

Ong Xiong serves as the Operations Manager at DoorBell Property Management LLC, where she brings years of experience in residential and multifamily property management. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and owner relations, Ong plays a key role in shaping the day-to-day success and long-term growth of the company.

Her bilingual fluency in English and Hmong allows her to effectively communicate with a diverse client base, strengthening relationships and ensuring clear, respectful service at every level. Ong is known for her attention to detail, her hands-on approach to problem-solving, and her ability to streamline processes without compromising quality.

Outside of work, Ong is a devoted mother of three, balancing her professional responsibilities with her commitment to family. Her leadership, work ethic, and drive to continuously improve make her an integral part of DoorBell’s mission to provide outstanding property management in the Tulsa area.

Alexandra brings a diverse background in graphic design and real estate to her role as a Leasing Coordinator. With over a year of experience in property management and more than five years of experience working remotely, she combines creativity, adaptability, and dedication to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both tenants and property owners.

Alex is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, which allows her to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.

In her free time, she enjoys baking, drawing and spending time in nature.

Carlos Camacho brings over 15 years of experience in customer service, with the past 8 years spent working remotely and 5 dedicated to the property management industry. Throughout his career, Carlos has handled a wide range of responsibilities including maintenance coordination, leasing, and resident support. Known for his reliability and strong communication skills, he takes pride in providing exceptional service to residents and property owners alike. Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending time with his wife and their two boys.
